JamesGaming Network Rules
Effective Date: July 7, 2025
Applies to: https://jamesgaming.net, https://minecraft.jamesgaming.net, and all affiliated game servers and platforms.

🔰 1. Respect Others

  • Treat all members, players, and staff with respect.

  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and bullying are strictly prohibited.

  • Do not impersonate staff or other users.

⚖️ 2. Follow the Law

  • Do not engage in or promote illegal activities.

  • This includes distributing pirated software, cheats, or harmful programs.

  • Do not attempt to dox, SWAT, or otherwise threaten anyone’s safety.

🛠️ 3. No Cheating or Exploiting

  • Absolutely no cheats, hacks, or modifications that give unfair advantages.

  • Glitching, bug abuse, or exploiting server mechanics is not allowed.

  • Using third-party tools to bypass game mechanics is a bannable offense.

🧱 4. Game-Specific Rules Apply

Each game server (e.g., Rust, FiveM, Minecraft) may have its own set of rules.
These are available in-game, on the website, or in Discord channels.

➡️ You are responsible for knowing and following the rules for the server you're playing on.

🌐 5. Respect the Server & Staff

  • Do not spam chat or use excessive caps or slurs.

  • Staff decisions are final — arguing in public channels may result in further action.

  • You may appeal bans respectfully by contacting us.

🔐 6. Account and Data Responsibility

  • Do not share your account or pretend to be another user.

  • Use strong passwords and protect your login details.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

📢 7. No Advertising or Self-Promotion

  • Do not post links or advertise other communities, websites, or servers without permission.

  • This includes usernames and bios used for promotion.

🛑 8. Don’t Evade Punishments

  • Do not use alt accounts or VPNs to evade bans, mutes, or kicks.

  • Ban evasion will result in a permanent global ban across all servers and platforms.

🔇 9. Voice & Chat Etiquette (if applicable)

  • No soundboards, music bots, or voice spam.

  • Do not speak over others intentionally or create a disruptive environment.

  • Keep voice and chat communications appropriate and civil.

🚫 10. Zero Tolerance for NSFW/Obscene Content

  • No posting or discussing sexually explicit, graphic, or highly inappropriate content.

  • This includes usernames, skins, sprays, or profile images.

🔎 11. Rule Updates

  • These rules may be updated without prior notice.

  • It is your responsibility to check back periodically for changes.

  • Major changes will be announced in Discord or on the website.
